For owners of $1M–$25M service businesses
There’s a bigger company hiding inside yours.
The one that runs whether you’re in the room or not. We find the constraint capping your growth, build the automation that clears it, and run it for you. Revenue grows. Your week doesn’t.
Built and managed. Not built and left.
First workflow live inside your systems — 30 days from kickoff · run and tuned every week
Why it hasn’t stuck
You’ve tried AI. It didn’t change how the business runs.
Not because the tools are bad. Because a tool you have to run yourself is one more thing on your plate — and the moment your best people stop pushing it, it stops.
Built and abandoned
Ships, then rots. Nobody owns it once the build is done.
Only runs when you push it
The work still waits on your best people. That’s still you.
Capped by operations, not demand
The market wants more. The machine can’t make more.
Not another dashboard
You don’t want more software to manage. You want the outcome.
You didn’t need another tool. You needed someone to run it.
Why us
Most consultants sell you a project and disappear. We build & run, until KPIs are met.
Anyone can build you an automation and send an invoice. Most automation dies at handoff — ours starts there: built on your systems, run by us, tuned as the business changes. You own the results; we own the running.

Everything else ran on the guardrails we agreed on before launch. Nothing customer-facing sends without your approval rules.
How it works
One constraint. One metric. One 30-day target.
Assess
The Assessment ranks every constraint, then turns the first into a KPI with a 30-day target.
Build
Built to your actual process — your data, your rules, your edge cases — inside the tools you already use.
Run
Live 30 days from kickoff, run by us: monitored, exceptions handled, tuned. You watch the number move.
Compound
Clear one, take the next. That’s how growth compounds — without the weight.
The honest deal
The call gives you our best read, free. The Assessment turns it into a plan.
The Assessment is the full map: every constraint ranked, the KPI and 30-day target for the first one, and a fixed build quote — yours to keep even if you never build with us. If something isn’t worth building, it says that too.
The Assessment
Two weeks inside your operation: the constraint map, the KPI and target, and a fixed build quote.
The build
Scope and price in writing in your Assessment quote, before you commit. Live inside your systems within 30 days of kickoff.
We run it
Run and tuned weekly against the KPI we set together. Priced against a hire, not software — your exact number comes out of the Assessment. Add the next workflow only after the last one proves out. Month-to-month — cancel anytime and keep everything we built.
Where the risk sits (with us, not you)
01 · Assessment refundable on your word — no form, no committee.
02 · Build with us and the full $2,500 comes off the price.
03 · Live in 30 days of kickoff or we work free — another 30 and the build fee is refunded.
Who runs it
Built by an operator.
I’m Aswin Kumar — an operator, not an agency. I install your first workflows personally, which is why I take on three new operations a month, at most.
After launch nothing depends on me being awake — documented runbooks, monitoring, and the escalation rules we agree on together.
See exactly who you’re hiring →Questions owners actually ask
Before you hand anyone your operation.
What can it actually run?
The recurring, rules-heavy work in your operation — the intake, chasing, coordination, paperwork and reporting that repeat every week, whatever they look like in your business. If it follows rules, it’s a candidate; one-off judgment calls stay with you.
What does the monthly running cost?
It’s priced by the workflows under management, against the hire you’d otherwise make — a full-time ops hire runs $70k a year and sleeps eight hours a night. Your exact number comes out of the Assessment, before you commit to anything past the $2,500. Month-to-month either way.
You’re brand new. Why should we go first?
Because the terms carry the risk for you: the Assessment refunds on your word, the build has the 30-day guarantee, and the monthly is month-to-month — leave whenever you like and keep everything we built. Your first workflows are installed personally by the founder. You take a chance on a new service; the risk sits with us. That’s the honest trade.
How much of my time will this take?
About three hours for the Assessment: a kickoff call, read-only access to your tools, and one walkthrough of how the work happens today. We do the documenting — you never write a process doc. The build adds one working session to set your guardrails: we draft, you edit. After launch, budget 15–30 minutes a week.
Who — or what — is talking to my customers?
AI, on your existing channels, writing in your voice — with autonomy as a dial you set per workflow. Anything customer-facing starts at the safest setting: draft-for-approval, where a person reads every message before it sends. As trust builds, you choose what runs on its own — that’s how the demo’s 41-second, 2am reply happens. And anything outside the rules you set isn’t guessed at — it escalates to you.
Who owns what? And if we cancel?
You own the data, the workflows, and the results — documented and portable. We own the running for as long as you want us to. Cancel any month and everything we built stays with you: the runbooks we hand over let your team, or anyone you trust, take over the monitoring and tuning.
Where does our data live?
Inside your systems — we don’t move it into ours. We work on least-privilege access you approve, every action is logged where you can see it, and your data is never used to train public models.

The next decade
The companies pulling ahead aren’t working harder.
The next decade belongs to the businesses that put AI to work first — not as one more tool their team has to run, but as an operation that runs itself. That’s the side of the line we build you onto.
