Who we are
“Bigger, Not Busier” is a managed AI operations service operated by Codevantage Inc (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at aswin@codevantage.io.
What we collect
We collect information you give us directly: your name and email when you contact us or book a call, and the answers you send if you take the Bottleneck Scan. Call scheduling is handled by Cal.com under its own privacy policy. Our website does not require an account and does not collect payment details.
How we use it
To respond to you, prepare for and follow up on calls, deliver the report you requested, and — if we work together — deliver the engagement. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t add you to a mailing list you didn’t ask for.
Client data during engagements
Work happens inside your systems on access you approve. We operate on least-privilege credentials, actions are logged where you can see them, and your data is not used to train public AI models. Engagement-specific terms are set out in your agreement and take precedence over this page.
Retention & your rights
We keep correspondence only as long as needed for the purposes above. You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email aswin@codevantage.io and we will.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page.
